This trailer is being offered as part of a Coolhorse Reverse Auction Event.

The event begins on December 22nd, 2025 at 9 am CST.  During the event, the listed price will decrease by $200 each day at 10:00 a.m. Central Time until the trailer is sold or the listing is withdrawn by Coolhorse.

How the Reverse Auction Works

Daily Price Adjustment: The listed price automatically decreases by $200 each day at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, seven days a week.

Securing the Trailer: The first buyer whose $500 deposit is received and accepted by Coolhorse may purchase the trailer at the then-current listed price. A binding sale is formed only upon Coolhorse's acceptance of the buyer's deposit. Until that time, no contract exists.

Limited Availability: If a deposit is accepted, the trailer will be considered removed from availability while the buyer completes the purchase.  The Reverse Auction is considered over upon the deposit being made without any requirement of further notification.

• Placing a deposit does not guarantee a sale until Coolhorse confirms acceptance.
• Coolhorse reserves the right to withdraw the trailer, correct listing errors, or end the Reverse Auction at any time prior to accepting a deposit.
