The Tough1 Web Hay Feeder is constructed from 1-inch webbing in small two-inch-square openings to slow your horse down while eating and also make less waste. The plastic frame at the top makes loading hay easy, while an adjustable hanging strap has snaps at both ends to close the top and keep your horse from sneaking hay from the top. A strap on the lower back secures the bag to your stall or trailer to keep it from spinning.
