Vortex - The new Team Rope from Fast Back Ropes

Coming Soon! The Vortex will be available after April 1st, 2014! Fast Back Ropes will be introducing the Vortex, an all new three-strand team rope, in April. Available in both a 33' head rope and a 35' heel rope, the Vortex will be a natural color. This is a small, light rope that is 100% nylon. The natural color will keep the rope from fuzzing and add to the durability. In a market dominated by four strand ropes, the Vortex goes against the flow. “The benefits of three-strand ropes are mostly overlooked,” says Al Benson, General Manager of Production at Fast Back Ropes. “Most of our pro’s use and win with three-strands. We felt it was time to provide new options in this category.” Some of the benefits you can reap with a three strand rope are better feel and control through the swing and delivery, a tighter closing loop, and a quicker stop when you dally. Ropers like Dakota Kirkenschlager are using the Vortex and winning. At Odessa, one of the first PRCA rodeos of the year, Dakota won the first round and the average with the new Vortex team rope.
