The El Pac 2 is designed specifically for the Binkley two speed jacks and easily attaches to your existing jack and handle. The EL PAC 2 has a lifting capacity of 6,500 lbs. (Typically trailers up to 32 ft. on the floor) and an operating speed of 8" per minute. These units can function on either single or dual leg applications. Please designate jack make and model when ordering. Jack not included. The El Pac 1 is designed specifically for Bulldog and Fulton single speed jacks and attaches to your existing jack.
