USA Shipping Charges (48 States)
Ground Shipping to the 48 states is calculated by the weight of the product(s) and is normally shipped USPS or UPS ground. Most orders $150 or larger, not including sales tax (only in Texas), will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Saddles shipped "Ground Shipping" are shipped free to the 48 states. We say "most" because there are a few exceptions of oversized or overweight products that can not be shipped free (trailers, trailer jacks, horse feeders, etc..). On average, you can expect to be charged $9.00-$17.00 for smaller packages on orders less than $150. You can determine your exact shipping rate before you order by placing the products you are considering into the Shopping Cart. USPS Priority Mail and UPS ground both normally deliver in 3-6 days throughout the United States. UPS can not ship to P.O. Boxes and would prefer "911" addresses as opposed to "Route" addresses. USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes and "911" addresses. Most orders received by 2:00 PM CST are shipped the same day. In the event that we are temporarily out of stock of an item, we will notify you either by email or by phone.
Expedited Shipping in the US: Next day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping are also available in the United States via UPS. Express Mail is available via USPS. You can determine your exact shipping rate by placing the products into the shopping cart and clicking "Shipping Options?" in the light blue Shopping Cart box. This will allow you to explore the costs associated with different expedited options from both USPS and UPS before you place your order. Please remember if you are placing a "Next day" or "Second day" order online, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and does not count the weekend as part of their time frame. Example: Next day orders placed Friday before 2:00 PM CST will most likely be received Monday afternoon. If placing that same order after 2:00 PM CST, the "second day" delivery would be scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
Hawaii & Alaska Shipping
Hawaii and Alaska: All orders placed by our friends in Hawaii and Alaska are normally shipped USPS unless you choose other wise. You can determine your exact shipping rate before you order by placing the products you are considering in the Shopping Cart. Sorry, we are not able to offer free shipping on orders over $150 to Hawaii and Alaska.
International Shipping
International Shipping including Canada, Australia, Norway, France, England, Germany, & Spain: All orders placed outside of the continental US will be normally be shipped USPS. Most International shipments take an average of 7-14 days to arrive. You can check the prices of these shipping rates on our web site before you place an order. Simply add the products you are interested in to the shopping cart and then click "Shipping Options?" in the light blue Shopping Cart box on the upper right corner of any product page. After entering your country and postal code, you can then instantly see your quote for the exact freight you would be charged before you place the order. Drop Shipped Orders
Drop Shipped Orders: In an effort to effectively manage inventory, Coolhorse drop-ships some of its large, bulky and special order items. When you order one of these items it is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and is not eligible for free shipping. That is why we ask for your shipping address.Please note – the shipping charges that appear on your original invoice are not accurate. A freight quote from the manufacturer is needed to correctly determine the cost of shipping. Please allow 10-14 working days for drop-shipped orders to arrive.
