We get quite a few questions about trailer load lights and to help you with possibly the same question here is one that we answered.
I have a bumper pull trailer and frequently have to back down a driveway at night, out in the country, with no lights anywhere. I'm thinking it would be nice to have two of these load lights on my trailer, one on each side.
Yes, these are commonly used as "back up" lights as well as saddle/load lights. You can normally hook two lights into one toggle switch. We commonly add several load lights on each side along with the rear and under the trailer. This makes it very convenient for loading at night.
Just arriving to our lot and one to make sure to check out how well taken care of this used 3 horse trailer really is! Made by Cimmaron Trailers this is a 2006 with mangers and has all needs met with a HUGE dressing room with collapsible rear tack. Very sensible trailer that would be a great trailer to have for hauling horses to the vet, horse trainer, and the others errands while your living quarter horse trailer stays plugged in at the barn. Enjoy looking through thirty-four pictures to show you the ins and outs of this trailer.
I typically see anywhere from 10-15 trailer interiors a week by taking the trailer pics for the website but this one is my top choice that caught my eye!
It's not the most extravagant horse trailer on the lot but it's one that I could see a lot of people wanting this one. This used Platinum Coach horse trailer has a 10' ft Outlaw living quarter and VERY VERY CLEAN.
What stood out to me:
I like the neutral colors that were chosen and I could see any style going with it.
Upgrades like mirrors, lights, and knobs
The big shower
Everything very well taken care of and well kept!
No sink in the bathroom BUT...the counter space is huge and all the essentials that us girls travel would fit in this trailer!
I'm sure it won't be on the long for very long!
We have 51 pictures live on our site to take a tour of the outside and inside.
Raymond, Our Coolhorse Trailer Shop Foreman, goes over steps to winterize your trailer using RV Antifreeze.
First you need to drain your fresh tank. Then locate the Hot, Cold, and Bypass valves on water heater. Use the bypass valve to make sure none of the antifreeze gets into the hot water heater. Next remove the Anode Rod from the water heater. The Part Two video shows Raymond removing the anode rod if you need help with this step. Use the bypass valve to pump the antifreeze into pipes. Run water through both Hot and Cold sides of each sink, appliance, toilet, shower, every water source that you have, and run the water until antifreeze comes out.
Part Two covers how to remove the anode rod and blow the water out of your trailer. This does not clear water our of the pump or water heater, so this method is not recommended for those in extremely cold climates.
Just Arrived and heading out today! Check out the 2:10 video tour of the new Trail Boss Interior.. It is beautiful!! The graphics on this trailer are pretty cool as well, so we threw in a few still shots for y'all to take a look! ENJOY!
