Riders Rasp The design of this tool makes it easy and safe for horse owners touch up hooves between trimmings, extending the time period between trims. It is also a great tool for training colts. The safe, one handed design will allow you to stand beside the horse instead of under it, and you can keep one hand on the hoof, and just one on the rasp.
