The wonderful world of mail order - if you live outside of Texas, we do not have to collect sales tax on your order. However, we are obligated to the state of Texas to collect sales tax (8.25%) on all orders that are billed with a Texas address or shipped to a Texas address.

The only exception where we are allowed not to charge Texas sales tax to our Texas customers are if they are Ag or Ranch Exempt.  Starting January 1, 2012, any Texas resident claiming Ag exemption MUST have a state issued "Texas Agriculture and Timber Exemption" number.

After being issued a number by the State of Texas, you can claim your exemption.  Simply put this number in the "notes" section during checkout and we will deduct the sales tax from your total before your order is finalized.
