Although we try to represent our saddles with plenty of pictures and thorough descriptions, a computer screen is not quite the same as standing right in front of the saddle when you are buying it.  But traveling to Amarillo, Texas is usually not feasible for most folks either.  This is why we have always offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our saddles.  If you don't like it when it arrives at your door, send it back for a full refund!

We ask that you please have it back to us within 7 days of arriving at your door (so that usually gives you 1-2 days to really examine and think about your saddle purchase) and we ask that the saddles arrive back to us exactly like it arrived to you.  New saddles can't be ridden or show ANY type of use, wear, or dirt.  We stress that a full refund can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no evidence of use.  Saddles returned to us after 7 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

We also ask that you pay all shipping fees if you send a saddle back.  This will normally cost from $20-$30 in most cases.
