It's a fast paced rodeo event that can be seen in junior, high school, and college rodeos. The goal is to race the end of the rodeo arena to where the goat is tied, dismount your horse, and tie three of its legs together with a nylon string or Cotton string. Timing ends when the contestant stands up and throws their hands up in the air. Sounds fun right?
