Coolhorse has room for a very limited number of consignment saddles. We try to be very strict about the condition of the saddles we are willing to represent. The same criteria applies to consignment saddles as to our trade in saddles. We prefer popular name brands made by "upper end" saddle makers. We ask they be in very good condition needing no major repairs and absolutely no broken trees. Our program is simple. Saddles must be very clean and ready to photograph. If they are not clean enough when they get here, we will clean them for a $50 non-refundable fee.
The saddles are put on display at one of our retail locations as well as on our website. They are kept clean at all times. If your saddle is sold, we charge $150 commission on each saddle.
If your saddle is not sold within 60 days, you will be responsible only for the shipping to have your saddle returned to you.
