How do I place a trailer on hold?

We often are asked if we can place a trailer temporarily "on hold" while a family discusses this large purchase, while financing is secured through a third party, or during travel time to visit our lot to inspect the trailer in person. The answer is yes. We normally ask for a 5% deposit of the purchase price or $1,000 minimum to hold a trailer for 24 hours. Read more...

Do our trailers come with a warranty?

All of our new trailers, including Platinum, Trailswest, Reyes, and new Outlaw Living Quarters include a warranty from the manufacturer. How much does a trailer weigh?

Most manufactures of new trailers will have a stated "shipping weight" or "empty weight" of trailers they build on the MSO/Title/Certificate of Origin of the trailer. This includes Platinum and Trails West and those weights are very accessible. However, the problem lies with custom built living quarters. Most trailer companies do not install their own living quarters (Trails West is an exception to this) so their stated empty weight will not include the living quarter, it will only be for the trailer shell itself. Does our shop inspect our used trailers?

All of our trailers that we take on trade are thoroughly inspected in our shop after we take delivery of them. We pack bearings, replace wheel seals, check and replace brakes if needed, check lights, jacks, gates, hinges, etc... Living quarter trailers are also inspected, making sure all electrical, plumbing, appliances, and all options are working. Read more...

Do we take consignment trailers?

We hate to ride this fence like this but the answer is YES, NO, and MAYBE. During certain times of the year, our lot will be so full and our shop and detail department so backed up, we are just not physically able to take any more trailers. It would just literally sit in the back of our lot for weeks, if not months, before we could inspect it, detail it, and prepare it to be on our lot and web site.
